70s-inspired home on Ocean Drive, 2 km by car to the beach and 6 km to Bunbury town centre. It's a block from Maiden's Park with its child-friendly facilities and dune walks to the beach. Features three double bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the spacious lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an airfryer, rice cooker and slow cooker. Spices, oils etc are provided for your convenience, as is a pod coffee machine and milk frother, as well as milk and sugar. The living space, with a macrame swing chair and chill sofa and rugs, provides a romantic space perfect for enjoying time together. The large outdoor area with BBQ and gas heater invites parties and fun family times. A little noise is allowed. The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome but please discuss number and size of your pets in advance. Bathroom has a bath and shower & there is a separate toilet. There's an additional shower available in the laundry. Laundry includes a washing machine, wuth wash line and dryer outside. Off-street parking for 7 cars. By prior arrangement, a caravan can be parked off street with access to power and a water hose. Discounted stays longer than 1 week or 1 month. Contact me to discuss.
